Leadership

Rob became a Christian while a student at Reading University. Having met Sarah after university they married and were shortly called into the Vineyard movement of churches, where God birthed in them both a desire to see God move miraculously today.  Rob leads the church and is passionate about discipling believers into a supernatural expression of their faith.  Sarah's journey has led her into being a Spiritual Director in the Vineyard movement where she helps people in their inward journey of faith and spiritual growth.

Louise oversees our supernatural ministries. She has experienced transformational  encounters with God that have led her into this current role.  

Nicole is a mother of two, a teacher by day and a passionate and insirational worshipper at all times. She leads our worship ministries with a Holy Spirit anointing. 

Sam has a deep love for Jesus and for kids and youth. Bring the two together and it is a potent spiritual mix!  She's probably that person in the crowd waving that banner! 

Marion helps look after everything to do with the finances of NVC and the day-to-day running of Woodley Hill House, the home of NVC. During the week the building is used extensively by Activate College, and Marion helps ensure that the dual use works well. Her particular duties are to promote the use of WHH, assist with venue coordination, facility management, and Woodley Hill House bookings. Senior Pastor and Trustee

Rob is the Senior Pastor and founder of Network Vineyard Church, where he serves alongside his wife, Sarah. With a passion for seeing lives transformed by the Holy Spirit, Rob leads the church into revival-centred discipleship and Spirit-filled ministry. As a trustee, he helps shape the church’s vision, governance, and strategic direction.

Marco serves as a trustee at Network Vineyard Church, bringing wisdom, practicality, and a heart for people to the team. He and his wife, Nicole, who leads the church’s worship ministry, have two children. Marco is passionate about building a healthy, Spirit-led church that impacts the community with God’s love.

Trustee

Steve serves as a trustee at Network Vineyard Church and is also part of the youth ministry team. He and his wife, Rachel—who is a valued member of our children’s ministry—are long-standing, loyal, and committed members of the church. They have one son who is now a university student. Steve brings faithfulness, wisdom, and a heart for the next generation to his role on the team.
